Review FCS keywords, channel names and parameters. Keep an untouched original before changing metadata or values.
Review and edit measurements
The current source includes channel transformations, shifts, clipping, randomization, channel additions and deletions, and selected-event operations. Use the plot views to review changes before saving a copy.
Visual context and workspaces
Histograms, scatter plots, gate overlays and FlowJo WSP import support are present in the desktop source. File compatibility and workspace behavior are version-specific; a published release matrix is being prepared.
Generated events require disclosure
Event expansion is a synthetic-data operation, not additional acquisition. It has known local-density limitations. Label generated data, retain the original and evaluate whether the operation is appropriate for your task.
What to check before buying
FCS Editor is Windows software. It is not an online analysis service. Every launch requires internet verification, followed by checks every five minutes. A license covers one computer.
