All plans require an online check at each launch and every five minutes during use. An existing session may tolerate connection failure for up to fifteen minutes, never beyond the paid term.
Before purchase
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically. Canceling future renewals retains access through the paid term. A lifetime plan provides permanent use, lifetime free updates for this product and continued access to its learning content.
Additional computers require separate licenses. Device transfers require support approval. Monthly-to-annual changes take effect by purchasing after the current term; no mid-period proration is offered.
Lifetime replacement applies to the specific license you select and must stop that subscription’s future billing. It does not cancel other licenses.
If the authorization service permanently closes, valid lifetime customers will receive a final software version with a device-bound offline license.
Refunds cover inability to use the supported software where repair fails, duplicate charges, non-delivery and applicable statutory or payment-provider rights. Final policies and the operator’s identity must be approved before sales open.
