Installation basics
Use an approved installer from your account on a Windows computer. Keep the installation files together and follow that release’s guide. Never replace an existing working copy until your files and license are backed up.
Activation basics
After payment is confirmed, download the software, obtain its machine code using the activation entry point and submit it for the selected license in My Account. Import the delivered key.dat and allow online license verification.
The online release and automatic licensing workflow are still being prepared. The existing offline release is not a substitute for the future subscription package.
Connection and device rules
Every startup requires internet access. During use, verification runs every five minutes. A current session tolerates a temporary failure for at most fifteen minutes and never beyond a paid term. An expired or revoked license locks commercial operations while preserving the open window and memory state.
What to include in a ticket
Include the software version, Windows version, exact error and the step that failed. Reference your order or license when relevant. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, license secrets or unrelated experimental data.

Does the website analyze my FCS files?
No. FCS Editor runs on your Windows computer. The website provides product information, accounts, downloads, learning and support.
Is a software download trial available?
No download trial is offered. Verified free accounts can watch published product demonstrations. Registration and real recordings are still being prepared.
What differs between the three plans?
Monthly, Annual and Lifetime have the same product features. They differ in billing period and access duration. Lifetime includes permanent use, lifetime free updates for this product and learning access. Prices and formal sales are not open yet.
Can lab members use one license?
Members of the same lab may share the licensed computer. Each additional computer requires a separate independent license. There are no floating or remote concurrent seats.
What are the online release connectivity rules?
The planned online release checks its license at each launch and every five minutes during use. A current session may tolerate a temporary connection failure for at most fifteen minutes, never past a paid term. Formal protected-package acceptance is still pending.
How do cancellation and device transfers work?
Cancel future renewals in My Account. Access continues through confirmed paid periods. Device transfers require support review and a safety window for old leases. The current offline package is not the future online subscription package.
