A license is bound to one computer. Members of the same laboratory may share that computer. Floating seats or concurrent remote multi-user licenses are not offered in the first release. A monthly or annual license lasts for its confirmed paid term; lifetime purchase provides permanent product use and lifetime free product updates. If the authorization service permanently closes, valid lifetime customers will receive a final device-bound offline version and license. Edited or generated events must not be represented as original acquisition observations. The final legal agreement and operator identity are pending.
