This draft describes the intended service: account authentication, verified email, orders, independent device licenses and customer support. Experimental FCS files remain on the user’s computer. Machine identifiers are used for device binding; payment details are handled by the payment provider. Optional analytics require consent and must not receive email addresses, machine codes, authorization files or experimental data. The operator identity, contact, retention periods, processors and applicable data-rights process must be finalized before commercial launch.
